# Soundings > Soundings helps organisations improve workplace culture through workshops, coaching, programmes, and practical resources. Based in the UK, working with charities, NHS/public sector organisations, and scaling businesses. Soundings is led by Sam Kammerling, an organisational development practitioner with a background spanning the NHS, social research, and mental health work. The practice is grounded in evidence, honest about uncertainty, and focused on change that lasts beyond the engagement. The name "Soundings" refers to the nautical practice of taking soundings — finding out the true depth of what lies beneath before acting. ## Services - **Workshops** — facilitated sessions that name difficult issues, build shared language, and surface practical tools teams can use immediately - **Coaching** — individual and leadership coaching focused on honesty, clarity, and starting from what matters most - **Programmes** — multi-month culture and management development engagements for organisations that want change to last - **Practical Resources** — videos, frameworks, and conversation tools made for specific organisational contexts ## Who we work with Charities, NHS trusts, public sector bodies, and scaling SMEs — organisations where culture matters but genuine culture change is hard.
